How many times have you set a goal, written a plan, waited for Monday or the 1st of the month to claim “the diet starts now”?

We can all raise our hands. It’s a mental challenge. It’s a mental mind game. Starting on the road to true health and fitness takes courage.

Courage to look ahead.

Courage to listen to positive influences.

Courage to take action.

Although a goal and a plan are extremely helpful, we can often spend more time writing the plan than actually following the plan.

This post is purposely short because I’m done with the planning and ready to start doing!
