Adding supplements help pack in needed vitamins, minerals, and boosts! I’ve added Flora Health Omega Sport+ and Green Blend to my smoothies making a huge difference to the way I feel inside and out! Green Blend adds 2 servings of veggies and aids in digestion. Omega Sport+ is a powerful oil blend that boosts energy and provides joint support. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my joints and overall post-run recovery!

Experiment to create unique tastes. Make it your own signature smoothie.
