Keep these items stocked in your fridge:
- almond milk
- coconut water
- spinach and/or kale
- your choice of nut butter

Great article, I love smoothies! I just finished Dr. Oz 3 Day Cleanse with smoothies and I loved it. I felt no hunger, the smoothies were filling and delicious.
